# Training class details

The training class details page contains all the functions necessary to manage a training class. This is where users can add students to a class, generate a training announcement, apply approval flows, or edit the training class details. 

#### Training class details

The training class details populated from the training class modal can be found in the first few cards on the details screen. 

**Document upload**

Documents can be uploaded and accessed from the training details page. These documents are associated directly with the training class and can only be accessed from this screen. 

#### List tabs

* **Training Records**
  * The training records list shows the students enrolled in the class. There is a filter for the training records list to show approved, pending, or denied training records. 

    * **Approved** - Training records that have been approved through the approval flow associated with the training class or if no approval flow exists, all new student training records are automatically approved. 
    * **Pending** - Training records currently going through the approval flow process
    * **Denied** - Training records that were denied by an approver in the approval flow process\

* **Training Surveys**
  * The training surveys tab shows a list of training surveys for the class. Surveys can be exported to CSV from this screen. 

* **Generate Training Announcement** 
  * Users can access the class's training announcement using the **Generate Training Announcement** button in the top right of the training details. Users will have the option of downloading the announcement to a PDF or sending the link to other Unified Training users. \
