Training Insights can be access from the Insights -> Date Range Insights page. The date range will default to the beginning of the year to the current date by default. Change the date range to see insights for different time ranges
What it shows: A pie chart displaying the distribution of training record statuses (Passed, Completed Not Passed, Unattended). Trends it identifies:
Overall training effectiveness and completion rates
Student engagement levels (unattended vs. attended)
Quality of training delivery (pass rates)
Areas needing improvement in curriculum or delivery methods
What it shows: A horizontal bar chart showing total training hours distributed across different training types. Trends it identifies:
Most time-intensive training categories
Resource allocation patterns across different training types
Training portfolio balance and focus areas
Efficiency opportunities in high-volume training types
What it shows: Similar to the above but specifically focused on student participation hours across training types. Trends it identifies:

What it shows: A simple metric displaying the total number of classes created with a trend line visualization. Trends it identifies:

What it shows: Displays both training requests created and requests converted to actual classes, with trend lines. Trends it identifies:
Conversion efficiency from requests to actual training

What it shows: A line chart showing capacity utilization percentages over time, plus summary statistics. Trends it identifies:
